Duplex Pumping System
The Duplex Pumping System consists of two positive displacement pumps connected in parallel to ensure continuous and reliable fluid transfer operations. The system is designed with redundancy, allowing one pump to operate while the second pump remains on standby or undergoes maintenance without interrupting the process. Duplex Pumping Systems are widely used for handling viscous fluids such as oils, resins, chemicals, lubricants, and industrial liquids across various industries. These systems provide efficient performance, reduced downtime, improved operational safety, and uninterrupted pumping in critical industrial applications where reliability and continuous operation are essential.
- Increased Reliability
- Reduced Maintenance Costs
- Improved Safety
The Duplex Pumping System is specifically designed for Emergency Diesel Generators Facilities as well as Duel Fuel Fired Boiler Facilities. The Filter System will filter foreign particles from the liquid. The two installed Gear Pumps were connected with the Duplex Strainer, where one would be working and another would be on standby. There are two Duplex Strainers connected to the suction and the delivery of the pump, which give a result of pure filtration. The Motor and the Panel Board are specifically designed as Flame Proof / Non-Flame Proof which can be used in pumping flammable / non-flammable liquids such as Diesel, Kerosene, LDO, Furnace Oil etc.
